These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pickd mobile app. By using Pickd, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Pickd. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others or choose a username that infringes someone else’s rights.
You agree not to misuse Pickd. In particular, you will not:
There is no tolerance on Pickd for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report a person (from their friend page or a friend request) or a card, and you can block anyone; a blocked person is removed from your friends and cannot add you. We review every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these Terms, and remove the accounts of people who post it.
Pickd lets you submit card ideas and make cards to ask your friends. When you submit content, you grant Pickd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, adapt, and distribute that content within the app, including to other users. You confirm you have the rights to the content you submit. We may review, edit, or decline any submission, and we may credit you as the author.
Pickd is free to play. If a paid plan (Pickd+) is offered, it is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you confirm, and payment is charged to your Apple ID. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and period until you cancel; you can cancel or manage it at any time in your device’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policy at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue refunds directly. Pickd+ features depend on your picks and friends’ picks and may be sparse until you have played for a while; we do not guarantee any particular result or insight.
Daily cards and global results are provided for entertainment. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features at any time.
You may stop using Pickd and delete your account at any time from the in-app Profile → Settings screen. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Pickd is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pickd and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Pickd after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
