These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pickd mobile app. By using Pickd, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Pickd. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others or choose a username that infringes someone else’s rights.
You agree not to misuse Pickd. In particular, you will not:
Pickd lets you submit card ideas. When you submit content, you grant Pickd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, adapt, and distribute that content within the app, including to other users. You confirm you have the rights to the content you submit. We may review, edit, or decline any submission, and we may credit you as the author.
Daily cards and global results are provided for entertainment. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features at any time.
You may stop using Pickd and delete your account at any time from the in-app Account screen. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Pickd is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pickd and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Pickd after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
